Shape, intent color of the fallback, and presence status (.avatar-online/busy/away/offline) are the configuration axes.

No configuration attributes beyond the standard intent/style/size modifier classes.

Events

The only dynamic behavior — hiding a broken image — is driven by your own error-event handler, not flickui.js.
